About Tatiana
I am a Sports Training student, I have a Fitness Instructor and Personal Training course, I am a sports massage therapist and I give private or group classes, whether it be weight loss, maintenance or just wanting a more active and healthy life, all goals are valid and what matters is the well-being of each one. My main objective is that my students / athletes feel well physically and psychologically. I am a Sports student at ESDRM, however I also have the Specialist Course in Physical Exercise and Personal Training, Sports Massage and Physical Rehabilitation. In addition to these certifications, I have some training in Sports Coaching and was a high competition athlete. My training focuses mainly on the well-being of the person who trains with me, physical exercise provides this physical and psychological well-being and it is this lifestyle that I like to pass on to those who seek me out.
