About Quentin
I am a second year student in Art History and Archeology at Sorbonne University (Paris), and offer to give private lessons in Art History in order to deepen this beautiful discipline.
My courses apply to middle and high school students, or even to recent high school graduates who are heading towards the History of Art and Archeology course or towards the Ecole du Louvre.
Due to the health crisis and my many trips between Paris and Geneva, lessons can only be done remotely (via zoom, google meeting or Skype).
I have already been able to give these private lessons just a year ago to two final year students, and wish to continue this momentum in my project to become a university professor.
In addition, to my experience in teaching is added a semester of volunteering to help refugees through French courses facilitating their reintegration into French territory, in addition to a tutoring semester when I was in high school. My experience is therefore already well established! [NOT]

My teaching method consists of a reflection on the subject tackled in class by the student, as well as a deepening of this subject (artistic movement, artist, period, technique, etc.).
In addition, we will work on the methodology of the essay, the commentary of work and the comparison of work (too often put aside!).
I will ask the student to communicate to me in advance the subject to be addressed during the session in order to energize the course as much as possible, but also to require sufficient preparation time which will allow us to operate better. Lesson!
The one hour session costs between 20 and 25 euros. [NOT]
