About Migael
I am a student living in the Brooklyn area. I have been actively doing javelin for the past 4 years. I was part of Die Hoërskool Menlopark team for 3 years til I matriculated in 2019. I can do individual coaching as wel as group coaching. I wil not only learn you new skills but also ensure you are fit.

I wil help them with there current techniques or I wil slowly but surely help them develope new and better ones. I use recording of the learner to show them where there techniques needs improving and to show them where and what areas we need to work on.
