I believe all children can learn and desire to help K-5th graders discover their learning styles so they will be self-confident in all subject areas. I have a passion for all things ELA. Due to my experience, I am dedicated to utilizing evidence-based practices to support literacy development in my students. With a strong foundation in the Science of Reading, I am well-versed in the research and instructional strategies that are proven effective in improving reading skills. I have also received training in Fountas and Pinnell, which has allowed me to differentiate instruction based on individual student needs and provide targeted support for struggling children. By combining these approaches, I know every child can be successful. Lastly, helping students understand their learning styles will enable them to succeed academically and become lifelong learners in every domain.
