I always make myself available to my students after lessons and before tests for a channel of communication and try to assist them in relaxing. My approach is to explain the topic which is of issue, then to work through practical application and problem questions to ensure that there is maximum understanding and mistakes made in the past will not be repeated.
I am able to teach in English only.
A typical lesson will start with a little 5-minute spot test on a problem question, which we will do together. Then we move onto the pressing issues which can be anything from a topic you do not understand, to examples and exam technique. I have seen all my students improve their marks dramatically and I do adjust my teaching regiment where I see it is needed for a particular student.
I have been tutoring Math since my time at school and obtained a distinction for it in A-level matric. I am a passionate tutor ready to tackle any challenge. I only accept students between Grades 8-12.
