About Hughes
hey, I'm a IT student, I do believe that good practice makes perfect and that sharing what we know with others helps us to master more our knowledge. I use to work with friends sharing our knowledge between us. people to who i did teach are now able to share their knowledge with others and did really improve. for me teaching Maths it's more a passion than just a job

I always start by asking people how they see the subject and what they know on the subject seeing that everyone knows something. i based my method into 3 steps:
- listening to the student and building a trusted relationship with him or her
- building a winning attitude and raise the standard of self confidence within the student
- using encouragement, motivation, listening to the student and sharing my experience to boost the student
