I. Hourly rates aren't subject to change.

II. Regarding cancellation, please informe me 24 h beforehand to get a full repayment.

For cancellations between 12 h and 24 h before class, a 70 % repayment will be accorded, if cancellation is done in the preceding 12 hours of the class: 50 % only will be repaid.

III. Unavailable for personal reasons, lessons for the planned session will be sent to you and to be worked for the next one, the aforesaid session won't be invoiced.
