About Marion
Student in Master 1 at EDHEC Business School after completing 2 years of preparatory class ECE (economic and social) and obtaining a baccalaureate ES with honors, I offer math, English, French and economy courses for all levels up to graduation.

The course runs as follows: first, I make sure that the student has assimilated the notions of the course (definitions, vocabulary, formulas ... depending on the subject). Then, I propose to carry out exercises of application of the course, from the simplest to the most complex. If the student has difficulty performing the exercise, I proceed as follows: rather than directly indicating the answer and move on to the next exercise, I ask him questions leading to the solution. This allows the student to remain active throughout the course, and to understand that he has the resources to cope with his difficulties. To give the pupil confidence is indeed essential for me. I am keen that the student realizes that he has the ability to succeed. It is also during the course to motivate the student, to show him in what the subject he is studying is interesting, to him trnamsert a taste for studies, so that work is no longer a chore but a pleasure. Finally, it is important for me that the student acquires an adequate method of work, as well as an effective organization, in order to avoid any loss of time which would lead to a demotivation. For example, at the end of the exercises, I invite the student to make cards summarizing the errors he has made and the way in which they must be corrected. This allows him to progress effectively. During revisions of exams, I also invite the student to make a schedule of revisions, and to set goals per week. I am fully attentive and can of course change my teaching methods if they do not suit you. My only desires are that the student succeed in his studies, regains self-confidence and motivation, and acquires good working methods!
