About Iliès

I don't think there are any students less intelligent than others or stupid questions. We can all be deficient on certain points for different reasons. My goal is to manage to erase these gaps by accompanying the student in solving exercises of different levels by helping him to assimilate the different concepts point by point. I try to constantly encourage the student by relying on his strengths. I think that the pupil needs to feel a positive environment around him to help him to understand a subject which he initially dislikes, and thus to find pleasure in learning.

About the lesson

I am aware of the difficulties that a student may experience with the concepts studied and I know the key exercises that allow them to be remedied as quickly as possible. I know how to put myself in the student's shoes and I realize the anguish that some lessons can represent, which is why I constantly try to listen to encourage and value the qualities of the student. My experience allows me to avoid non-productive work because I quickly manage to target areas for improvement.
I am convinced that with effort, patience and rigor, all difficulties can be overcome!
