As a teacher I'm approachable to every student. That breaks the barrier between teacher and students. I focus more upon Learning by doing i.e construction of knowledge from environment.
As as teacher it is important for me to make students aware about their surroundings and to be aware about their individual differences. With this Ability to develop trusting, productive relationships among teacher and Student
I'm more adaptable for my students need. I focus more on collaboration. This increase the results and learning in the classroom.The classes i loved teaching are elementary classes.
