About Karabelo
My name is Karabelo and I’m your Geography teacher this year.
I’m interested in teaching because I believe Geography is more than maps in a textbook. It’s about _us_. It’s about why it rains here in Harrismith, why some people move to the city, why our rivers flood, and how we can take care of our land.
I teach because I want you to understand the world around you, and to know that _you_ can be part of changing it. If I can help even one of you get better marks, get a job, or just start caring about this place we live in, then I’ve done my job.
We’re going to learn together. And I’m excited to do that with you."
I’m here not just to help you pass, but to help you _think_. To ask questions. To understand what’s happening around Tshiame and in the whole world.
My goal is simple: When you leave my class, you leave smarter and more curious than when you came in. Let’s do this together."
