About Chanel
Hello! I’m Chanel, a dedicated medical student at the University of Birmingham with over four years of experience tutoring biology to GCSE and A-Level students. I believe every student learns differently, so my tutoring approach is always tailored to fit your unique needs and learning style. I use a combination of clear explanations, visual aids, and active recall techniques to help concepts stick. Each lesson typically lasts 60 minutes, which provides enough time to cover new material, review past topics, and practise exam-style questions without feeling rushed. With 4 years of experience tutoring GCSE and A-Level students, plus being a current medical student, I bring both strong subject knowledge and real-world insight to my teaching. I’m comfortable working with students from ages 12 to 18, whether you’re just starting GCSE biology or preparing for your A-Level exams. My lessons focus not only on mastering content but also developing effective exam techniques, time management, and confidence in answering tricky questions.
