About Amy
My journey into programming began with curiosity about how software and digital systems work behind the scenes. I pursued this interest by completing my Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, where I developed strong foundations in programming logic, algorithms, and system design. Over the past 7 years, I have guided students through beginner to intermediate programming concepts in a structured and supportive way.
I believe programming should be taught as a logical thinking skill rather than just coding syntax. My teaching style focuses on clarity, step-by-step explanation, and hands-on practice. I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable experimenting, making mistakes, and improving gradually. I also adapt my teaching approach based on each learner’s speed and learning style.
I continue to explore new technologies, programming tools, and modern development practices to keep my teaching updated and practical. Teaching programming is very rewarding because I see students grow from confusion to confidence in solving real problems. My goal is to help every learner build strong logical thinking, improve coding skills, and develop a lasting confidence in the world of technology and software development.

Programming becomes much easier when students understand logic step by step instead of memorizing code blindly. In my lessons, I begin with basic concepts such as variables, data types, input-output, and simple control flow. I explain everything in very simple English so learners can follow without confusion. This helps students feel relaxed and confident from the beginning. The learning environment is supportive and structured, allowing students to practice coding gradually with clear guidance and repetition.
As students progress, I introduce structured topics such as loops, functions, arrays, and basic problem-solving techniques. I focus on helping learners understand how to think like a programmer by breaking problems into small logical steps. Each lesson includes coding practice, debugging support, and step-by-step explanation of solutions. I also include real-life examples like automation, simple apps, and logical games to make coding more interesting and practical.
My goal is to help students develop strong programming logic and confidence in writing code. Over time, they become more independent in solving problems, improving accuracy, and building efficient solutions. This growth builds both technical skill and analytical thinking. I support learners in building strong foundations, improving coding ability, and developing a confident and structured approach to programming for academic and real-world applications.
