About Maxwell
I’m Maxwell, and fitness is a daily part of my life. I train every day, follow a healthy diet, and continuously learn about exercise and strength training. My background in psychology gives me a strong understanding of motivation, discipline, and how to help students build lasting habits. As a tutor, I focus on making workouts clear, safe, and effective. I explain the reasoning behind each exercise so you not only improve your strength but also understand how to maintain progress long term. My lessons are structured with warm-ups, strength training tailored to your goals, and recovery techniques to keep you healthy and consistent. What sets me apart is my ability to connect both the mental and physical sides of training—I’ll guide you step by step, build your confidence, and support you in achieving results you can sustain. As a tutor, I believe in combining practical training with clear explanations so that students not only do the exercises, but also understand why they work. I focus on safe, progressive strength training that can be adapted for all fitness levels.
