About Anna

I'm a clinical movement coach with expertise in strength, mobility and rehabilitation. My journey in fitness and movement science began with Clinical Pilates and expanded to include neuropharmacology, professional show jumping, weightlifting and calisthenics. This diverse foundation enables me to offer a unique, science-based approach to training that focuses on helping clients achieve strength, flexibility and pain-free movement. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with elite athletes including members of Team GB Squash, Premier League football players and professionals like pilots from the world’s top airline. This experience has allowed me to understand the needs of high performers who demand excellence and reliability from their bodies. In addition to coaching, I collaborate with leading fitness brands including Vivobarefoot and GORNATION and regularly host mobility workshops designed to educate and empower individuals in their movement journeys. These partnerships and workshops reflect my commitment to quality and innovation in the fitness industry, allowing me to stay at the forefront of training methods and tools. I’m passionate about continuous learning and professional development, ensuring that every programme I create is rooted in the latest biomechanical, anatomical and clinical research. Whether you’re looking to build strength, enhance mobility or find relief from pain, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Each lesson combines strength training, mobility exercises and rehabilitation techniques, tailored to meet your individual needs. My approach is grounded in clinical research, ensuring that every session supports your goals, whether you’re aiming to build strength, improve flexibility or find relief from chronic pain. I work with clients both online (via my mobile app, video calls and 1-1 support) and in-person at your location, providing flexibility and personalised guidance wherever you are.
