About Mia

I am a student that has been working in the food and hospitality industry for four years. I am currently completing year 11/12 and a certificate 2 in kitchen ops and certificate 3 in hospitality. I am training to become a pastry chef and I love to share knowledge!

About the lesson

My teaching method is very practical focussed. I believe that practical learning is vital for baking and cooking as it provides a better understanding of visual and textural aspects that are needed for success. Whilst going through the practical reasons for each step will be provided to ensure that you can associate the knowledge with a practical component
