About Teo
I have a Bachelor in Economics 1st Dan in Karate do style Shitō-ryū. State selected in Olympic Fight. I belong to the World Shitoryu Karatedo Federation. I have had a sports career since a very young age, from which I was able to participate in national and state competitions with which I have established and expanded my knowledge in sports.

Here you do not learn based on receiving blows, you learn to improve our capacity for self-defense, concentration, presence, flexibility, breathing, balance, coordination, in short body and mind control.
