I have just finished A-Level Physical Education and am starting (Bsc) Fitness and Personal Training at University in September. I have participated in sport for the majority of my life and have experience in sports teaching and voluntary work.

I look to teach through making lessons practical and engaging and tailor lessons depending on the requirements/needs of the student. This can include practical demonstrations both in person and online through applications such as Skype and FaceTime. Lessons also based on convenience to the student and whatever suits them best.
