I am a sports science graduate with a upper second class honours. I also have a diploma in Sports Coaching achieving a D*D*D. I have previously taught college and undergraduate students specialising in sports studies more specifically in strength and conditioning and physiology.

I like to take a proactive to teaching lessons with presentations and interactive tasks teaching from school level to undergraduate students. Lessons beginning with topics where students need most help staring with starter activites and then moving on to more complex tasks giving students a thorough understanding on areas they would like to improve on!
