Hello everyone ! My name is Kait and I’m here to walk alongside this journey with you. I am a sportswoman and an aspiring bodybuilder/fitness coach. I have excelled in many sports and have thereafter found a profound love for the gym. I love to help people where I can and will shortly start a personal training program
