About Gregory

I practiced for 12 years judo. I trained the youngest when I was 20 years old (category Chick). I have 3 years of boxing under my belt. Regarding bodybuilding and fitness it's been more than 6 years that I practice regularly. I graduated BPJEPS AGFF 2 years ago. I worked in the gym in parallel with my studies. From now on, I wish to devote myself entirely to individual or small group coaching for greater efficiency and follow-up.

About the lesson

Hello ! I introduce myself, my name is Gregory. Great sports enthusiast since small, I decided to put my knowledge at disposal and to make my job. I propose sessions tailored to each client with specific nutritional monitoring. I study each of my clients with great care and propose appropriate goals. Dialogue is essential, so the first session, based essentially on your expectations, is free. I am of course available 7/7 with each customer if it has a question about doubts about food or training. I propose sessions in the gym if you are a member of a club or home if it is not the case. Or outside. Finally I practice decreasing prices according to your seniority. If you have a question do not hesitate to contact me. See you soon, I hope !

Super professionnel et à l’écoute ! Quand le temps le permettait nous faisions des séances de coaching en extérieur et il n’y a rien de mieux. Je recommande vraiment si vous cherchez quelqu’un de passionné et qui vous suit sur tous les tableaux dans vos objectifs
