About Alexis

I first obtained a license STAPS sports training to become a fitness trainer. During my bachelor's degree, I gained solid theoretical knowledge in the field of physical preparation and nutrition for all types of audiences. I also did a one-year internship in a gym (blue orange) as a sports coach. I was able to put my knowledge into practice by carrying out training programs for various individuals. I was able to help these people achieve their goals. This mainly resulted in muscle mass gain or weight loss. I went on to master EOPS (training and optimization of sports performance) to gain more experience and skills in the field of physical preparation. I was able to do a one-year internship at the LUC water polo club in Lille. I intervened as a physical trainer for the high-level women's team (6 times French champion) of the club. In parallel, I acquired a lot of knowledge in mental preparation. I was able to perform mental preparation programs for a handball player and a rugby player. Thanks to my career, I am now able to develop the physical and mental condition of my clients in an optimal way.

- Techniques and teaching methods: After a 20-minute interview and a first introductory session, I build a coherent and effective program to best meet your goals. I accompany you systematically during each exercise to ensure proper execution of movements and your safety. - Typical course of a course: After a global warm-up (articular / cardiovascular) and specific (muscular) of about ten minutes, the body of session will consist of muscular and / or cardiovascular exercises according to your level and your goals. A return to calm in the form of exercises of relaxation or stretching will be systematically understood at the end of each session. - My specificities: I prefer short and relevant explanations so that my clients can quickly assimilate the important information concerning physical exercises and nutritional advice. I rely on my theoretical knowledge and practices assimilated during my STAPS course to build my training programs. These are also inspired by my personal experience and by many books and scientific journals. - Audience: My services are aimed at people who are not athletic wanting to gain muscle mass or lose weight, and high-level athletes who want to optimize their physical training and develop their mental qualities.
