About José
I am a Sports and Physical Activity professional with a diploma and accreditation from the IPDJ. My main goal is to be able to help people who are starting to practice physical activity and active practitioners, through a strict monitoring that meets the goals of each one. I also aim to help women (pregnant women) with specific plans for physical exercise in the prepartum and postpartum period. Finally, a final objective is to support the elderly in the practice of physical activity, being a population that needs permanent and persistent monitoring.
