About Tristan
I am a fitness and climbing instructor and have been teaching and helping others for 2 years now! I've had over 30 clientele in the fitness industry, some of which entered fitness competitions after my time with them. During my climbing career, I have helped hundreds of people aged 4-60+ compete or better improve their own skill, by showing/introducing them to the biomechanical movement of our bodies.

I provide teaching for those up to the second year of university. My teaching methods are adaptive and unique, suited for those who find it difficult to go at the pace of regular lecturers! My lessons break down larger topic areas allowing students to go at a pace that they can understand. Tests will be used to assess your progress, but they are only used so that I may find the areas you struggle with.
