About Sidney
I have been a personal trainer for 5 years now and have moved onto teaching and delivering the courses in which I have been doing now for 2 years.
I have a level 2 qualification in fitness instructing and a level 3 in Personal training and also a BSc in Sports and Exercise nutrition.

Languages in which the lesson is available :
English
Teaching will consist of slowly and steadily going over every section of each module teaching you the key information needed to gain that qualification. End of unit tests will be given just to test understanding of that specific module and recapping anything you may have found difficult.
Lessons are typically an hour long with 15 mins breaks in between if needed.
