About Roie
I am primarily a basketball coach however have delivered and can deliver fitness classes one to one, dietary plans or simply a tailored fitness regime. Have been coaching for 5 years, delivering personal training to athletes for 2 years. Many of these athletes now play for the Scottish junior national squads.

I base the fitness plan on the individual and their personal needs and wants. Not just taking fitness goals into account but also the constraints of time, equipment, space and even money. No matter what the situation, a fun, flexible fitness plan can be made for you.

Details
A rate for a group class can be negotiated. If travel costs exceed £5, they will need to be covered, equally if there are no travel costs (i.e. I can walk to you) then no travel cost is required. Cancellations will be refunded assuming 48 hours notice.
