About Simon
I graduated in Sports Science in the early 2000s and set about success in my career in management in a number of industries. In the background i continued sport playing semi proRugby, kite sports, semi pro cycling, triathlon, adventure racing, and any more activities. I'm now in a position in life to help others achieve success in their sporting endeavours and want to impart the knowledge I've built up over the years to help them become better and achieve their goals.

I can teach a wide range of people in a number of different activities having played and competed successfully across a multitude of sports. I have a pragmatic no-nonsense approach the focuses on consistency and accountability to truly fulfill potential. I don't focus on expensive gadgets or equipment just making people better.
