In this muscle strengthening class, I’ll be teaching how to go about building strength the right way. First, we shall focus on proper form and technique, where you will begin the performing exercises correctly, in the right manner, to avoid injuries and to enhance results.

You will go through the element of progressive overload with me, where I will demonstrate how to slowly increase the resistance of weights in order to build on muscle. There are concepts of compound and isolation exercises that you will also appreciate, which help you to know how to exercise the entire muscle groups and how to exercise single muscle groups.

At this point in the course, I’ll incorporate the use of several strength training modalities to ensure your workouts remain effective and interesting. There you will learn one of the foundations of strength and balance, which is core strength and stability.

There are times where rest and recovery are desired and I will point them out. Strategies on how the muscles can be made to rest and recuperate will be suggested, and also simple nutrition tips that enhance muscle bulking such as proteins and fluids will be included.

At the end, I’ll help you with monitoring your progress and adjusting the targets so that from time to time you will enjoy how much progress you have made. This way we will create a strong and durable body for you
