About Leroy
I graduated from ASRJC back in 2023, achieving 5 distinctions in my A-Levels. I have consistently been in the upper percentile in my cohort, and I am confident that I can assist students to be the same. Through my own study techniques in JC1, I saw my grades drastically improve in 1-2 months, which motivated me to do better.
It is not difficult to do well in JC and A-Levels, as long as we put in consistent effort and have a genuine willingness to learn and understand each subject.
My commendable JC1 results landed me a spot in my college's Talent Development Programme in JC2, it is a group of 50-60 students who performed well in their academics and were iven additional opportunities for personal development.
My achievements in JC landed me a spot with SMU's Bachelor of Laws Programme. I was invited for the early application exercise by SMU and NUS. I was offered courses by NUS, NTU and SMU, and I eventually settled with SMU.

I strongly believe that developing a sense of passion and ownership for a subject is a strong motivation to do well and improve. Students can expect to see consistent improvement, and complicated concepts will be broken down into understandable portions.
I will teach students how to apply their theoretical knowledge to do well on exams.
I am patient and understanding, and I will cater to each student's needs and struggles.
Timings are flexible and proposed by students, but it is recommended that each lesson be at least 1.5h per week for productivity and consistency.
