I am very passionate about the fitness industry and helping every client achieve their fitness goals that they haveset out.

The word IMPOSSIBLE does not exists in my vocabulary, as it says in the word itself ....possible!! Anything is possible you set your mind too it!!!

About the lesson

Typically a session would go for 45 - 60mins. Every Program is created specifically to each individuals needs and goals that they are trying to achieve, whether that may be to lose weight, build strength, further develope muscle definition etc.

First initial session will be complimentary. This will consist of an initial consult so I can best understand you and and what you are working towards, as well as, a movement analysis so I have a full understanding of you as an individual. This will help me to then push you and assist you into achieving your fitness goals.
