About Josephine
I am school administrator and a special needs Educator. Alot of children will special needs such as autism, dyslexia, down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy etc tend to experience alot of learning challenges. With international best practices, it is my great joy to raise these kids in learning. The joy I bring to every classroom also make my learners more receptive to learning

I make use of international best practices to deliver the best learning experience to my exceptional learners. However, as a special Educator, it is important that my kids are taught the way they learn and not by my preference of teaching. Using correct ABA methods to ensure behavior management, my teaching strategy will always vary based on the need of the child and in line with International best practices. Say Jojo feels like not being indoors today and want to learn with the wind in his hair, I think that's a great start to a fantastic session
