About Shelby
I believe every student is capable of achieving anything that they set out to achieve. With that being said, I also believe that some students need more practice or different strategies to be able to master new skills.
I have been teaching students with disabilities virtually for 3 years now, and I have perfected my teaching practice.

-I have been teaching online for 3 years now and have found a great system to help students master their skills.
-I use a gradual release model-- I show the students the new content, we do/talk about the new content, and then students show what they know with an independent activity.
-I specialize in students with disabilities but also have years of experience with students who are struggling without a disability. Providing a variety of strategies and memorization cues is one thing that sets me apart from any other tutor/teacher.
