Joy is a colleague. She is a very passionate and innovative teacher. I call her the AI and dancing teacher. She is the teacher who does everything possible to see her learners succeed. The moment she notices a struggling child, she tries to know why, and the next thing, she is researching ways to help that child. In fact, her motto is: No Child is Left Behind. She carries all learners alone. By the way, I am quite the lazy learner myself but she is always encouraging me to grow by learning new skills and upgrading the old ones.
