About Alexandra
I have my degree in Special Education, with a teaching major of Language Arts. I have taught in elementary schools (1st grade, 3rd/4th combined classroom, and special education from 1st to 8th grade), provided undergraduate and graduate test preparation services for several years (ACT, SAT, GRE, and GMAT) both in the USA and abroad (Kuwait, the UAE, and India), and tutored many individual students since my education concluded at MSU in 2011.

Lessons are customized to each student - it is important to me that students are not dragged through material they do not need, nor that they are presented with information that is too complex to process. I do my best to learn how my students learn and teach accordingly.
I have worked with grade schoolers up to a corporate CFO. I am available as a tutor/editor/language skills instructor/test prep guide for anyone who falls into that window and wants to improve their English speaking and writing aptitude and/or test-taking abilities.
