About Tadzmahal
I'm Tadz, a learning and development coach, academic and career coach, and certified master trainer based in Dubai, named Best Trainer three times.
For 10 years, my work has been helping people learn and find their voice. I started on the front line and grew into leading learning for international teams across 20+ airports on three continents. I have trained hundreds of people, certified frontline colleagues as trainers, and I am a speaker at HRSE Dubai 2026, the region's HR Summit and Expo.
A decade in learning and development taught me how people learn and what makes it stick. I bring that to every lesson: I listen first, find what is holding you back, and build the plan around you.

I have stood in front of rooms for 10 years: training teams across 20+ airports on three continents, leading workshops for managers, and speaking at HRSE Dubai 2026. Now I coach students and professionals to do the same.
What we work on:
• Structure: a clear opening, strong points and an ending people remember.
• Voice: pace, pauses, volume and tone.
• Body language: eye contact, posture and gestures that support your message.
• Nerves: simple techniques to stay calm before and during your talk.
• Slides: presentations that support you, not distract from you.
• Real situations: school presentations, interviews, meetings, pitches and speeches.
How it works:
1. A first session where you give a short talk, so we can see your starting point.
2. A plan built around your goal and your deadline.
3. Lessons of 60 to 90 minutes with practice, rehearsal and clear feedback.
4. A final presentation to show how far you have come.
For students and professionals at any level. All lessons are online by video call.
We celebrate mistakes here, because that is how we learn.

All lessons are online and taught in English. Bookings are final: lessons and packs cannot be canceled or refunded, so please choose your time carefully. The free 30-minute first meeting is a short introduction so we can get to know each other. Your level check and personal learning plan are done in your first full lesson.
