About Milo
Hello, my name is Milo. I am originally from Mexico and currently live in Canada.
I am a native Spanish speaker with a university degree in Gastronomy and more than 20 years of experience working in professional kitchens, including many years in English-speaking environments.
My background has taught me how to communicate clearly, work with people from different cultures and explain ideas in a practical way. I understand what it feels like to use a second language at work, make mistakes and improve through real experience.
I am patient, friendly and easy to talk to. I enjoy helping people feel more comfortable speaking Spanish, especially beginners who may feel nervous or afraid of making mistakes.
Outside of teaching, I am passionate about food, culture, travel, professional kitchens and real conversations with people from different backgrounds.

I help beginners, travellers and professionals improve their Spanish through everyday situations, pronunciation, useful vocabulary and natural Mexican expressions.
I am a native Spanish speaker from Mexico with a university degree in Gastronomy and more than 20 years of professional experience. I currently live in Canada and have worked for many years in English-speaking environments, so I understand the challenges of learning and using a second language in real life.
Each lesson is adapted to your level, interests and goals. We can work on conversation, listening, pronunciation, vocabulary, travel Spanish, Mexican culture or Spanish for restaurants and hospitality.
You do not need previous experience. My goal is to help you speak with more confidence from the first lesson, without pressure and without making the class feel like school.
