Stop trying to prepare for an outdoor endurance race by staring at a wall on a commercial gym treadmill. If you want to finish a Spartan Race without failing obstacles or conquer your first ultra-marathon without your knees exploding, you need to train in the elements.

I specialize in turning runners and hybrid athletes into race-ready competitors using North London’s outdoor spaces.

What We Focus On:

Obstacle Specificity: Building the raw grip strength, pull-up power, and core stability required for climbs, carries, and hoists.

Aerobic Engine Building: Structuring your weekly running volume and zones so you build a massive tank without hitting an overtraining wall.

Lactic Tolerance & Hills: High-density outdoor intervals designed to mimic the brutal elevation shifts of trail racing.

Injury Resilience: Bulletproofing your joints (ankles, knees, and lower back) to handle the impact of high-mileage trail running.

How It Works:
We train outdoors in local North London parks using calisthenic equipment and the natural terrain to build a body that moves efficiently over long distances.

Group Training Available: > Signed up for a race with friends or colleagues? I offer custom small-group rates (£15–£20 per person) so you can train as a team and split the cost.

I don't just coach this stuff; I live it. As an active endurance competitor, I know exactly what happens to the body and the mind when you hit the 40km mark in a race, and I know exactly what kind of physical preparation it takes to prevent your structure from breaking down.

I hold a Level 3 Personal Training qualification and approach coaching with an athlete’s mindset. No fluff, no generic gym routines, and no wasted energy. Every single mile, interval, and rep we do outdoors is programmed with one singular goal: getting you across that finish line faster, stronger, and injury-free.
