About Alejandra

Native Spanish speaker from Madrid with a Bachelor Degree in Literature & Linguistics and MA in Spanish Teaching by Universidad Complutense. Bilingual in English. Vast teaching experience with excellent results. I offer Spanish Classes (also via Skype): Grammar, vocabulary, conversation, phonetics and pronunciation with materials included. Also DELE preparation (Official Spanish Exams) From A1-C2 LEVELS Also Spanish from scratch (no previous knowledge needed) Classes will vary depending on your needs. I'll adjust my method to your preferred dynamics and level. Graduated in Hispanic Philology and Master in Teaching Spanish for Foreigners (ELE) from the Complutense University of Madrid. More than 5 years of teaching experience as a private teacher and 1 year in Academy of Languages. My natural vocation for teaching, linguistics and literature, my passionate nature and the dedication that I dedicate in each of my classes are the infallible method with which I manage to approach my students, directly, without intermediaries, person to person. Through a complete and formal knowledge of linguistics, grammar (both English and Spanish), phonetics, and language teaching methods, I have the formal and personal competence necessary to teach my students in the most natural, effective way and fast as possible. Supporter of group classes, conversational, translation (when necessary and convenient), the playful and informal aspect of learning, and the notion that teaching a language is much more than teaching to speak a language with ownership: in my Prima classes love of knowledge and humane treatment among all.

About the lesson

I adapt my methodology to all levels and every special student requirement (From A1-C1: basic-intermediate-advanced). I follow several Spanish manuals and exercise books, with complement of additional exercises and audiovisual resources, texts readings, infographics, and explanations of all sorts. For advanced students, I offer grammar and phonetic (accent) improvement classes. I adapt my methodology to all levels (from A1 to C2) following the linguistic contents of teaching manuals and combining them with all kinds of additional exercises, text readings, audiovisual materials, etc. For students with advanced level I offer grammar and phonetic improvement classes. Group classes are organized according to demand and hourly availability (max. 9 people)
