About Ana
I have been teaching Spanish for 13 years in grades Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th grade. I have also taught Spanish in Middle for 2 years and High School for 3 years. I have taught English to adults at the Universidad Central in Quito, Ecuador- S.A.

My teaching method emphasizes pronunciation, syllable breakdown for ease of recognizing sounds and conversation. I strive to emphasize the development of listening, speaking skills including recognizing basic word and sentence patterns and communicative functions in Spanish. Introduction of basic reading and writing skills and culture of Spanish speaking countries is intergraded.
