About Lara

I hold a BA in Sciences and Languages of Antiquity. My degree includes philology studies in Ancient Greek and Latin and implies a total domain of the Spanish grammar, syntax, orthography and morphology, as I have to translate ancient documents from Latin or Greek into Spanish and viceversa.

About the lesson

Hello!
I am Lara, I am from Madrid (Spain) and I would love to be your teacher!
I offer personal and group classes. I think the best way to learn a language is speak it, so we will talk in Spanish all the time and I will explain the meaning of every word and concept you don't understand in Spanish. However, if we cannot understand each other in Spanish, I also speak English and I am currently learning Dutch myself. We will also work in your grammar and orthography, so I will give you tasks to learn and improve your Spanish to reach the highest level. We can start from the very first level or, if you already know Spanish, I can help you to improve it. If you ever need a review of your Spanish texts (academic, work, private, etc.) I am the person you are looking for!

Perfect! Lara es una gran profesora. Con su formación en lingüística, ha sido capaz de ayudarme con cuestiones lingüísticas complejas y lo hace con entusiasmo y con una notable pasión por la lengua. Prepara nuestras sesiones meticulosamente sin importar el tema y su atención al detalle me ha ayudado enormemente en mi intento de perfeccionar mi español. Aunque no nos reunimos con regularidad, sé que siempre puedo contactar con ella cuando tengo un problema específico y ella hará todo lo posible para ayudarme. La recomiendo encarecidamente.

Yannis habla y escribe español en un nivel avanzado. Es un estudiante muy dedicado y se preocupa por aprender la lengua de forma correcta–casi rozando la perfección– con el objetivo de hablar y escribir como un nativo y a nivel académico. Lo conseguirá muy pronto porque le pone mucho esfuerzo y entusiasmo, y eso es muy importante. Un placer poder ayudar a Yannis a alcanzar su meta.

Dit heeft als voordeel dat ze heel flexibel is en heel creatief in het uitleggen van grammaticale valkuilen. wil je jezelf op een snelle en constructieve manier onderdompelen in de Spaanse taal? Dan is Lara de juiste persoon om je begeleiden.
