First, I will speak with my client and see what method he prefers, as long as I don't defer with it, we can use his or her method. Depending on the people's knowlegde, we can start from the very beginning, such ass greeting, the alphabet, numbers etc, and then comes the reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary and most importantly pronunciation.
