I’ve know Cecilia for many years, but recently had the pleasure of seeing her shine as a Rotary Youth Exchange student. Ceci’s time in Argentina was hallmarked by her openness to new things and her desire to see the best in everyone and everything. She was immediately accepted into her host family and quickly established friends because she is genuine and kind. A student in her care would never have to worry about feeling awkward or embarrassed about the inevitable missteps in language acquisition because she has experienced all that during her exchange. Students will feel safe to make mistakes and grow from them as she has. I highly recommend her.
