I highly recommend Leysi as a Spanish teacher. She brings great energy and enthusiasm to every class and is always well prepared. It’s obvious that she truly loves the Spanish language and enjoys teaching it. I have taken both private lessons and conversation classes with her, and she created a welcoming environment where everyone had a chance to participate and share what they had researched. Her classes were engaging, interactive, and fun, and she made learning Spanish feel natural and enjoyable. Leysi organized a trip to Colombia for her students in 2025 to join her sister there to visit their beloved country. It was one of the best trips I have ever had in my pursuit of learning Spanish. We talked Spanish 24/7, we met incredible people including her family, we visited out of the way parts of the country, we interacted with the locals, we laughed, we sang, we danced; it was extremely well organized. It was a nonstop Spanish adventure that I will never forget.

I have been learning Spanish with Leysi for three years. Our lessons are fun and a great way to learn. Leysi understands that there are different ways to learn and for me it is all about conversations. We talk for an hour totally in Spanish and I am amazed how much easier it is for me with each session we have together. I never feel discouraged because Leysi is always positive and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend Leysi as a Spanish teacher.
