About Lucía
Hello! I'm Lucía, I was born in Argentina and I currently live and work in Mexico City. I have a degree in Visual Arts and a Diploma in Communication and Illustration. In 2020, during the pandemic I began to prepare these Spanish classes through art in order to help people in the acquisition of a new language.
I love going to music concerts, art exhibitions, traveling, discovering new cultures, getting around the city by bike, picnicking, yoga and nature. I hope to meet you and that you are encouraged to this adventure of communicating in Spanish!

The work proposal for these Spanish classes is to do it through art, through projects. This way of learning will allow you to acquire vocabulary and grammar to create dialogues in Spanish in a dynamic and fun way.
My teaching experience is 11 years. I worked in formal education (schools and institutes) and in non-formal education, in vulnerable neighborhoods and communities in Mexico and Argentina. I am trained in pedagogies of participation, Paulo Freire, Waldorf, Montessori, Reggio Emilia and art therapy. Last year I decided to unite my passions for communication, art and Spanish, my native language, with the desire to help people communicate in Spanish in a creative and friendly way. In these classes we work with material endorsed by the Cervantes Institute (DELE) and others that are easy to get at home.
