About Helena

I have been teaching during 4 years and helped many students to pass their exams. I have taught biology, history, maths, physics, chemistry, spanish, catalan, french...
I like to use different memory thechniques to teach my students.
I hope you choose me to help you too!

About the lesson

I am Helena, a 26 years old PhD student. I was born in Spain, so my native language is spanish. I can teach you any spanish level. As my PhD in neurology and I am interested in memory, I use new memory thechniques to make learning easier. This techniques allow my students to learn much faster (usually stepnding 1/3 of the time they used to spend) and also allow to remember everything they learn (commiting what they learn to the long term memory).

Some techniques I use to teach:

- Memory palace
- Mind maps
- visual memory
- Speed reading
- Spatio-temporal memory

Subjects I teach:
- Spanish
- Biology
- Chemistry

Services I offer:
- Mentoring
- Teacher
- Coach (I have the international coach certificate from OCC)
