About Ana

Hi! I'm Ana , a biologist by training, an entrepreneur, and a language enthusiast. My decision to offer private conversational Spanish lessons stems from my own personal experience traveling the world. Throughout my travels, I've faced the reality of being in countries where I didn't speak the local language. I know firsthand that feeling of discomfort and the frustration that comes from not being able to communicate effectively with the people around you. I've learned that the fear of making mistakes is the main barrier to connecting with others. That's why I've decided to help others overcome that fear. My goal is to offer you a safe and relaxed space where we can practice with basic and simple conversations. I want you to build a solid foundation that will allow you, little by little, to communicate fluently and naturally in any situation without difficulty. As someone who has studied some English and French, I understand the learning process from both sides: the student's and the guide's. We'll use topics we both enjoy, like travel, culture, film, or music, so that speaking Spanish stops being a chore and becomes a pleasure. If you have at least an A1 level, I'm here to guide you on this journey to fluency. Let's start talking!

About the lesson

Hi! I'm Ana Patricia, a biologist and passionate about communication. My scientific background has taught me the importance of precision, but my experience as an entrepreneur and traveler has shown me that language truly comes alive through genuine connection. I've gone through the process of learning English and French, so I fully understand the challenges and excitement of speaking a new language. That's why my classes aren't rigid lessons, but rather spaces for natural conversation where mistakes are part of the learning process. What will we talk about? To make learning fluid and enjoyable, we can delve into topics that we're both passionate about: Travel and Routes: From the magical corners of Catalonia to any international destination. Culture and Lifestyle: Traditions, gastronomy, and daily life in Spain. Entertainment: Films that have touched us, music that inspires us, or the latest trends. Nature and Science: As a "soul of the forest," I love to incorporate environmental topics if you'd like. Requirements: To ensure a dynamic and productive interaction, you need at least an A1 (basic) level of Spanish. My goal is to help you overcome your fear, improve your pronunciation, and expand your vocabulary in a practical way.
