About Iris

My interest in Spanish grew through a fascination with language, culture, and global communication. This passion led me to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Language Studies followed by a Master’s Degree in Spanish Communication Studies. Over the last 8 years, I have helped students strengthen their language abilities and confidence.

I believe language learning should be practical, interactive, and enjoyable. My teaching style focuses on creating lessons that encourage participation while building strong communication skills. I enjoy helping learners discover how much they can achieve through consistent effort and support.

Outside teaching, I enjoy reading Spanish literature, exploring cultural traditions, and engaging with language-learning communities. These experiences enrich my lessons and provide valuable cultural context. Helping students become confident Spanish communicators remains one of the most fulfilling aspects of my work.

About the lesson

My Spanish lessons focus on helping students communicate effectively while developing a strong understanding of the language. We work on grammar foundations, vocabulary growth, pronunciation improvement, listening comprehension, reading skills, and conversation practice through practical and engaging activities. I encourage students to actively use Spanish from the beginning.

As learners progress, lessons include advanced speaking exercises, cultural discussions, idiomatic language, real-life communication scenarios, and authentic materials. Interactive tasks help students apply what they learn in meaningful situations. Every lesson is adapted to individual goals so that progress feels both comfortable and rewarding.

I create a positive learning environment where students feel confident participating and experimenting with the language. Mistakes are viewed as opportunities to learn and improve. My goal is to help learners become capable Spanish speakers who can communicate naturally in a variety of settings.
