About Violeta
I was born in Madrid and studied Arts and Anthropology, but since my university days I have lived in different countries in Europe and Latin America. To support myself economically in my constant movements I started giving language classes, until I finally became passionate about teaching. I love movies and theater, one of my hobbies is actually acting, especially improvisation. I also love writing stories and I have been a storyteller for children and adults.

I am a Spanish anthropologist with a passion for language teaching. As an anthropologist, I have supported people who wanted to adapt their level of Spanish to the field of social sciences. My academic and journalistic experience has led me to work especially with people with advanced Spanish, but I have also worked with beginners and supported them in conversation. My method changes according to the level: I am very dynamic with those who are just starting out, putting special emphasis on conversation and the naturalization of structures. My background in the theater world is very useful in this regard. With more advanced levels, I can adapt to the needs and I have a lot of material at my disposal
