About Iona
I am a passionate and dedicated science teacher in South London. I thoroughly enjoy my job especially finding new ways to explain complex concepts and can tailor these to individual needs. My degree is in Biology but qualified and enthusiastic in Physics and Chemistry.
I have been teaching science for two years in South London to students from Key Stage 3 through to A Level.
I determine the individual's strengths and targets in the tutored subject and then ensure that all targets are met. Over the tutoring period I ensure strengths in the basics are sound and then progress through to examination techniques.
I can tailor lessons to specific exam boards. Please note I currently teach for exam boards AQA (GCSE) and OCR (A Level).
