About Duran
For the past seven years, I have worked in the IT industry, honing my skills in communication, problem-solving, and leadership. These experiences have equipped me with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas, adapt to diverse teams, and foster a collaborative environment—qualities I consider essential in a classroom setting. My transition to teaching stems from a long-held aspiration to inspire and empower learners to achieve their goals through language education. I firmly believe that each student is unique, and there is no "one-size-fits-all" method to teaching. My approach is highly flexible, tailored to meet the specific needs of each student. I have worked extensively with high school students who struggled with basic concepts, and through my methods, they achieved significant improvements in their academic performance. I teach students from ages 13 - to 18 years old.
